Mike is the most professional and reliable plumber I have ever worked with.
It's funny that there are so many customers for all construction trades that assume they should always be number one priority and every construction company should drop everything and forget about any other customers to take care of them.

If I could, I would give a 10 star rating. Jared and Doug came promptly each day as arranged, completely replaced the plumbing throughout our home, cleaned up after themselves, and many times stayed quite late to get their work finished. Our daughter and her husband have twins, and Jared asked when their nap time was so that he could work elsewhere during that time to avoid disturbing them. They vacuumed the whole basement when they were finished to make sure the area was clean. Price was absolutely reasonable, particularly for the amount of work they did.
HIGHLY recommended.

RPM sent in 5 men to do the repiping for us. Even though it was a large job, they finished the repiping in 2 1/2 days. They will now repair the holes they cut. They are fast, efficient, polite, tidy, trustworthy and dependable. They were priced a little higher than a quote from another plumber, but RPM does the entire job. How long would it take one man to do the job? Two weeks, maybe? It's worth it to pay a little more and know the job will be done well, efficiently, and quickly.

We had a team from RPM do a complete repiping of the house, replacing old galvanized and copper with PEX.. They were right on time with their scheduling, very systematic and organized, which is critical for minimizing the inevitable disruption. All along they were up-front in discussing options and workarounds for tricky spots. And good clean-up afterwards. First-rate.

Jared/Cooper and their team were great to work with in my repiping my house. Repiping a whole house is a major project. They were conscience and made it a priority to reduce any impact to my family during the project. In addition they were attentive to my needs and requests I made of them throughout the process. I highly recommend their services if you have issues with your existing plumbing/pipes.
