Over 25 Years of Expertise in the Repipe Industry
We employ licensed technicians who follow efficient procedures alongside the administrative team to create an easy process and excellent service for commercial and residential plumbing needs. We are focused on a business model revolving around providing all customers with quality work and a genuine experience with the team.
Our Repipe Process
Step 1: We will come to your home to give you a free estimate for your repipe. This can include but is not limited to the following services: water line replacement, drain replacements, fixture replacements (faucets/shower heads/sinks etc), new water heater or water softener, water lateral replacements, sewer lateral replacements, patching drywall and much more; fully customized to your home!
Step 2: To ensure that all of our work is done up to code, we will pull a permit with the city that your home is located in. We handle all permitting fees and communication with the city. If we are replacing a sewer or water lateral, we will also Blue Stake your lot as well in order to avoid damage to utility lines on your property.
Step 3: We start your repipe! The time frame for this depends on the size of your home, however we can get almost any 2-3 bathroom homes done in one day. If we take more than one day to install your new system, we never leave your family without some water use overnight. We don’t expect you to move out!
Step 4: When the system is fully installed, we will schedule inspection with the city. Once we are passed off with them, the permit is closed and the plumbing install is complete!
Step 5: If you choose to have us patch your drywall afterwards, this is when we’ll get that done.
Step 6: Our work is fully completed! Payment is due when all of our work is wrapped up.
Whether your remodeling your bathroom, planning an addition or remodeling your entire home, we’re confident in retrofit situations.
Ideal for new construction and tank-type water heater replacement. Tankless water heaters are the most efficient way to provide hot water to your home, and as much as you want. Lose the worry of wasting gas and being at flood risk with an old tank-type water heater. With twice the life expectancy of tank-type water heaters, call RPM Plumbing to see if a tankless water heater is a good option for your home.
Do you have leaking pipes, imbalanced water pressure or corroded joints on your water lines? If so, you could be at risk of flooding. RPM provides top quality materials and services. Our specially trained teams can repipe most homes in as little as one day.
Slow draining fixtures are an indicator of blocked sewer lines and possible corrosion build-up inside the drain lines. Old cast iron drains are prone to cracking and leaking which cause mold and bacteria growth in obscured areas. Have one of our technicians come out for a free inspection and consultation.
