About RPM Plumbing in Utah

RPM Plumbing was started in 2017 by our current owner Michael Naylor. With over 12 years of experience, Mike started RPM alongside his life-long friend doing new construction and residential repiping. By 2018, Mike became the sole owner and continued the growth to multi-family repiping as well. Now with just over ten employees in the field RPM Plumbing’s projects are overseen by our managers Jay and Jared, taking care of jobs throughout the Salt Lake City Utah Valley.
From the beginning, we’ve focused on our core values of efficiency, respect and unity. We’ve stayed true to these ideals because they keep both our employees and customers in mind. Keeping our systems and structure efficient gets things done right the first time, because we respect the time our employees devote and the time our customers set aside to assist us in providing them with new high-quality systems. We admire the trust given from our customers by inviting us into their homes, and by practicing these values as a team we can continue to treat each person and home with integrity. With hundreds of residential repipes and multi-family units under our belt, we are confident in these values.
Our principals are not only about mindset, but qualification as well. Which is why we only employ licensed technicians who follow procedure and state code, and always keep our contractor’s license valid under Mike’s own Master Plumber license.
